Why first exports go wrong

An unverified buyer, terms agreed by email, and a document missing from the file at the port.

How we work

Verify, then agree, then ship

Verification costs little and prevents most of what goes wrong. A buyer who won't provide company details or references has told you something important before any goods move.

Terms are the second failure point. When Incoterms and payment method aren't written down, each side assumes the version that favours them, and the disagreement arrives with the freight invoice.

Documentation is the third. A file missing one certificate sits at a port accruing charges, which is the most avoidable cost in exporting and the most common.
