Stage 1 · The product
What it is, and which markets plausibly want it.
Four services for US suppliers selling abroad, each quoted in writing before work begins.
An enthusiastic enquiry from abroad is not a customer. We identify realistic buyers for the product, check company details, trading history and references, and tell you plainly when something doesn't stand up — which is cheaper than finding out after a container has shipped.
What it is, and which markets plausibly want it.
Buyers and distributors identified.
Company details, history and references checked.
Contact made, with your terms stated up front.
Incoterms chosen deliberately, not by habit.
Method matched to the buyer and the market.
Written, signed, and the same on both sides.
Revisited as the relationship develops.
Most export disputes are terms disputes. We agree Incoterms explicitly so the point where cost and risk transfer is in writing, work through payment methods appropriate to the buyer and market, and make sure both sides have signed the same document in the same language.
Freight quotes are hard to compare because they include different things. We gather them on the same basis, explain what each covers, book with licensed carriers and forwarders, and keep the shipment tracked so you hear about a delay from us rather than from your customer.
Volume, weight, destination and timing.
Compared like for like.
With licensed carriers and forwarders.
Updated until it lands.
What this destination and product require.
Documents drafted and cross-checked.
A complete file to your licensed broker.
Archived for your compliance file.
We prepare and cross-check the commercial invoice, packing list and supporting certificates for consistency, and hand a complete file to your licensed broker or forwarder. Export declarations and customs filings are made by licensed professionals, not by us, and compliance obligations stay with the exporter of record.
A free consultation on the buyer, the market and whether it stands up.
